Our sugar house and honey bee farm is located in beautiful Belmont NH. We collect sap from maple trees in two different orchards and process it into pure maple syrup in our wood-fired evaporator. In our area, we receive two honey flows: 1st in the a late spring/early summer to produce a lighter honey in taste and appearance, 2nd in the mid summer/ early fall which produces a darker and richer honey.
