Wally’s Quality Meats is a small, locally owned, old fashioned butcher shop. Wally’s has been located at 112th and Sheridan since 1997, after expanding operations from the original store location in Wheat Ridge, which Wally opened in the early 1970’s. Arapahoe Meat Company is a custom meat processor in Lafayette, Colorado, in business since 1989. It does custom slaughter and processing of domestic livestock, though not poultry, and processes wild game, with drop-offs by appointment only. The retail counter sells ground beef, bulk and linked pork sausages, chicken and beef jerky in flavors from original to teriyaki. The shop also caters with hog roasting and smoked meats and offers livestock trailering.

63rd St. Farm was a 15-acre CSA farm in Boulder, Colorado, run by Amanda and Brian Scott, whose members picked up produce on Thursday nights and could add shares of grass-fed beef, pork, lamb, pasture-raised chicken and eggs. The newest dated report found is from April 2019, and LocalHarvest now lists Off Beet Farm, a different vegetable farm started in fall 2022, at the same 63rd Street address.
