We list every farmers market in the country from public data, 8,700 of them. Claiming is how you take that page over. Nothing changes on it until you change it.

How long does setup take?

Claiming takes two minutes. A season with an application form is about half an hour, and the form is drafted for you. Or send us last year's vendor list and a photo of your lot and we set it up with you.

What does card processing cost?

Stripe's standard rate, 2.9% plus 30 cents, added to the vendor's total unless you choose to absorb it. We take 0% of your money. Cash and check never carry a fee.

No. Your certified EBT terminal handles the swipe. We replace the paper log beside it: tokens issued, tokens turned in, what you owe each vendor, and the report your grant funder asks for.

Do vendors pay anything?

No. Vendor accounts are free: one profile, their documents, their applications and their invoices, at every market on US Farm Trail.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data is yours; export everything to CSV first. Your public page stays up on the free plan. Cancelling is a button in Settings.

Does this work in Canada?

Yes. Canadian markets get CAD invoicing and payouts through Stripe.

1. Before the season
Vendors apply to you, not to a PDF.
Share one link. Vendors fill in an application that already knows their business, their products and their insurance, because their profile follows them from market to market. You approve, waitlist or deny from one queue, and every decision emails them.
2. The week before
Draw your lot on a satellite photo of your lot.
Find your street or parking lot, press where the first tent goes and drag along the row. Stalls are real feet. Rows get letters, tents get numbers, and the same drawing prints on the day sheet and shows every vendor where to park.
3. Saturday, 7 a.m.
Tap a vendor as they pull in. Their tent goes up on the lot.
The morning board fits in one hand. Who is here, who is still coming, who no-showed and owes a fee. Helpers get a link that opens just the check-in list, no login. At close, wrap the day and the reports fill themselves in.

Your Today page says what needs you. Nothing else.

The next market day, the lot with every tent, and a short list: applications waiting, a vendor without a stall, an invoice past due, a document about to expire, rain in the forecast. When the list is empty it says so.
