Pueblo

Pueblo's farmers market runs Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to noon, May through October, with its main location now at Mineral Palace Park and a smaller pop-up on the city's east side. Vendors sell Pueblo-grown produce and local crafts under the market's own "Locally Grown, Locally Crafted" banner.

The Fountain Farmers Market sets up at 205 S. Fountain Street on Tuesdays, late May through October, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey, preserves, breads, tamales, and natural soap from regular vendors. When the outdoor season ends, it moves indoors to the Localvore Colorado Co-Op store on Tuesdays through winter, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Florence

Florence's market sets up at Pioneer Park, corner of Pikes Peak and 3rd Street, every Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., June through late September. Vendors bring vegetables, eggs, honey, jams, meat, and baked goods, much of it grown without chemical inputs even where it isn't formally certified organic. It's a small-town market, modest in size and long on regulars.
