Agoura Hills

AZ-Ranch is the Zadeh family's certified organic farm and nursery, built in the Santa Monica Mountains at Agoura Hills in 2000 and rebuilt stronger after losing most of the farm to the 2018 wildfires. The family grows organic figs, microgreens, and seasonal fruits and vegetables, produces raw honey plus duck and chicken eggs, added a second organic farm in Camarillo in 2022, and sells at local farmers markets and grocery stores (the working farm itself isn't open to the public).

SOW (Shift Our Ways) Collective is a women-led sustainability nonprofit running collective backyard farms in Arleta and Reseda in the San Fernando Valley.
