About This Farm

Our Story Anisoptera Acres is a small family farm in Wisconsin. We, Dan and Catherine Kleiber, own and operate the farm as our full-time occupation with the assistance of our two young sons. We bought our farm near Waterloo, Wisconsin in 1996. During our time here, we have made changes in order to raise our crops in a sustainable manner. We use ridge-till to prevent soil erosion and reduce the use of herbicides. Over the years we have raised chickens and pigs for our own table. We became spoiled
