About This Farm

Baldwin Beef has done it the right way since 1969 — cattle roaming thousands of acres of chemical-free Central North Carolina pasture on a year-round grazing system, processed at local USDA facilities into dozens of vacuum-sealed cuts. The Yanceyville farm store (open Monday through Saturday) adds artisan beef jerky in 11 varieties, grass-fed suet skincare, and all-natural dog food and treats.
