Blue Sky Organic Farms grows certified organic vegetables and fruit in Litchfield Park, and rounds out the farm store with pasture-raised eggs, grass-fed meat, raw milk, fresh bread, honey, and goat cheese. Some of it -- the salad dressings, hummus, strawberry jam -- is made on site. Besides the farm store, the harvest turns up at Saturday farmers markets, select Arizona restaurants and grocers, and in customizable farm box subscriptions.
