Box R Beef comes off the Green Springs Box R Ranch east of Ashland, Oregon — a third-generation cattle and guest ranch that's sold beef directly to Southern Oregon customers since 2013. The beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no antibiotics or added hormones. Whole and half lockers are available June through late fall, and the ranch also ships to Portland and the Bay Area.
