Eric Burns has kept hives on Eastview Avenue in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood since 2012, selling treatment-free raw honey from a self-serve roadside stand that runs Memorial Day through Thanksgiving. He also handles honey bee, wasp, and hornet removal — humane relocation, not extermination — and sets up most years at the Kentucky State Fair.
