About This Farm

Unlike most Alaskan salmon fisheries where boats may be out to sea for days before their catch makes it to a processor, our local small boat fisherman return to the harbor just hours after the fish are caught. We are able to meet them at the dock and our custom processors are able to fillet and Blast freeze the catch immediately to lock in freshness at it peak flavor.
