About This Farm
The Linquist family raises Texas Longhorn cattle on native hard-grass prairie near Page in northeast Nebraska, now into the fourth generation. Their dry-aged beef is USDA-inspected, hormone-free, and finished mostly on pasture and prairie hay; grain stays under 10 percent of the diet and the cattle never enter a feedlot. Longhorn beef runs leaner and higher in omega-3s than Angus. Cuts sell through their online store.
