A dairy farm in the Mohawk Valley whose family has worked the original Palatine Bridge acreage since a 1723 land grant — thirteen generations on. Robby and Shannon Dygert milk twice daily and grow most of their herd's feed. Their on-site creamery, opened in 2021, bottles milk in glass and plastic and has earned New York Dairy of Distinction and Super Milk honors. A self-serve farmstand runs 24/7, stocking milk, cheese curds, honey, and maple syrup.
