Edgars Farm raises pasture-fed beef on a family operation in Aztec, in northwest New Mexico, and sells it direct alongside 100% beef tallow in food-grade and cosmetic-grade versions. The farm stand at 822 Road 3000 runs year-round, generally noon to 6 and closed in deep winter, and also carries seasonal produce and farm merch. Shandi Edgar manages it, with ordering also handled through an online Barn2Door store.
