Fair Valley Farm raises pastured poultry and pork plus grass-fed beef and lamb just west of Eugene in the Willamette Valley. It sells through CSA subscriptions, freezer packages, individual cuts, and Thanksgiving turkeys. The on-farm store opens Fridays from 10am to 2pm, with CSA pickups on the farm and in Eugene at Claim 52.
