Gallrein Farms has grown produce and greenhouse plants in Shelbyville for more than 30 years, opening its gates to the public each spring through Halloween. Spring brings U-pick strawberries and a greenhouse stocked with annuals and tropicals; summer shifts to a market of same-day harvested vegetables; fall means a corn maze, hayrides, and U-pick pumpkins. A bakery and cafe run year-round alongside an online shop. The farm also hosts school groups and corporate outings.
