Hana Field is Tanaka Farms' Costa Mesa satellite, hana means flower in Japanese, and it's a separate stop from the main Tanaka Farms property in Irvine, ten minutes away. Fields of sunflowers, zinnias, and lavender open for u-pick through spring and summer, with a pumpkin patch taking over in fall. Visits are walk-up only, cashless, with no reservations needed.
