About This Farm

Our Story Herbst Eatery & Farm Stand is a chef-driven, neighborhood restaurant and market owned by long-time South St. Anthony Park residents Jörg and Angie Pierach. It’s inspired by an Amish farm stand near the owners’ hobby farm located in Western Wisconsin’s picturesque Driftless Area. The farm stand is the source of many of the fresh ingredients the Pierachs use to create the almost entirely locally sourced meals they prepare at their farm.
