High Desert Growers' Farmers' Market runs Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon, from late July through late October at Price Peace Gardens in downtown Price, next to the USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum. Growers here work Carbon County's high-desert climate — a shorter season, cooler nights — selling produce, raw honey, eggs, and homemade goods alongside local artists' crafts, serving Utah's coal-country corridor along Highway 6.
