One of the original Texas lavender farms, Hill Country Lavender grows rows of Phenomenal, Sensational, Munstead, and other varieties on FM 165 outside Blanco. The farm is free to visit, no reservation needed, and open Thursday through Saturday from mid-April into late November (Saturdays only in August).
