Howling Hills carves an 8-acre corn maze into the shape of an eagle each fall on Sloan Road in Allenport, about an hour south of Pittsburgh in Washington County. The family-run farm opens Saturdays and Sundays from late September through late October, noon to dusk. Beyond the maze, visitors get pumpkins, paintball, and pedal-tractor pulls where the sled grows heavier the farther you drag it.
