Hozak Farms sits about 10 miles west of Pittsburgh International Airport and opens as a fall destination each September. Tractor-drawn hayrides carry visitors out to a pick-your-own pumpkin patch, with pumpkin painting, a straw pile, a maze, and farm animals on weekday afternoons. Come December, the farm sells cut Christmas trees. Leave the dog at home; the farm keeps a no-pet policy.
