Local Lettuce Heads grows non-GMO lettuce and leafy greens pesticide-free in computer-monitored hydroponic greenhouses in Baldwin County, formerly known as Craine Creek Farm. Owners Stefano and Vitina Feo have supplied restaurants, home cooks, and markets from Pensacola to New Orleans since 2012, and sell at the Coastal Alabama Farmers Market in Foley on Saturdays.
