The Mankato Farmers' Market runs a full weekly schedule: Saturdays 8 a.m. to noon at 1895 Adams Street, plus Tuesday and Thursday afternoons starting in June, with a scaled-back winter market on first and third Saturdays. Vendors must farm or make everything they sell within 40 miles of Mankato, and the lineup covers vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat, poultry, eggs, baked goods, honey, and natural personal care items. SNAP, EBT, and FMNP tokens are accepted.
