Many Maples is a third-generation family sugarhouse on Route 26 in Georgetown, Madison County, run by the Walrod family. It produces award-winning New York State maple syrup and maple cream, and during the late-winter sugaring season, roughly February through April, hosts sugarhouse tours, pancake breakfasts, and maple ice cream.
