The Miller family has dairy farmed in Crawford-McGregor, Texas since 1941, and since 2011 Mill-King has processed its own milk right on the farm — low-temperature pasteurized at 145 degrees for 30 minutes, never homogenized, so the cream rises to the top. Grass-fed cows with no GMOs, hormones, or antibiotics supply milk, cream, and artisan cheese to stores across Texas, with the Mill-King Market farm store stocking local eggs, pork, chicken, and allergen-sensitive staples daily.
