Muranda Cheese Company makes 17 kinds of cheese on a family dairy farm along Route 96 in Waterloo, using milk from local farms. The Murray family started with Holsteins in 1991 and began direct-marketing cheese in 2007. Guided tastings walk visitors through a dozen Muranda cheeses, paired with local drinks and summer live music in a restored 1800s barn known as The Dairy at Muranda.
