Open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. year-round at 186 S Castell Ave, next to Krause's Cafe & Biergarten in downtown New Braunfels. More than 70 vendors sell locally grown produce, pasture-raised meats, farm dairy, handmade cheeses, fresh eggs, baked goods, and local wine, with live music each week. The market office keeps weekday hours for vendor questions.
