Woods-grown ginseng and goldenseal, plus other woodland botanicals, grown by Robert Eidus at Eagle Feather Organic Farm outside Marshall since 1994. The farm sells seeds, roots, rhizomes, tinctures, and capsules, and is recognized as a Native Botanical Sanctuary by United Plant Savers. Eidus runs classes, an apprenticeship program, and cabin rentals on the Madison County land near Pisgah National Forest. Visits are by appointment only.
