Off Road Maple makes 100% wood-fired pure maple syrup on Pomeroy Road in Franklin, in the Catskill foothills of Delaware County. The Jordan family also turns out maple cream, granulated maple sugar, maple coffee, pancake mix, and honey and beeswax goods. Their maple barn runs a gift shop and tours daily, with pancake breakfasts during the March Maple Weekends. Syrup-making here traces back to a family sugarbush worked since World War II.
