Pearlstone sits on 180 acres of organic farmland and serves as headquarters for Adamah, a nonprofit that trains young adults through its Farming Fellowship while running retreats, conferences, and Jewish holiday programming rooted in the land. The kitchen cooks farm-to-table using produce grown on-site. It's part retreat center, part working farm, and the two functions share the same soil.

Our directory is built from many public sources across the internet and from farmers themselves. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but not every farm has confirmed its information with us.
