Plimoth Grist Mill

About This Farm

Plimoth Grist Mill is a working, water-powered corn mill on Town Brook in Plymouth, Massachusetts, not Rhode Island as listed. Operated by Plimoth Patuxet Museums, it's a reproduction of the 1636 Jenney mill and grinds heirloom flint corn into stone-ground cornmeal sold on-site. Visitors can watch the granite millstones turn and the water wheel run. It's a living-history site as much as a working mill.
