Pueblo Seed & Food Company

About This Farm

Pueblo Seed & Food Company started on the Pecos River in northern New Mexico in 1996 before moving to Colorado, and today grows organic open-pollinated seeds, chile, garlic, and heritage grains in Montezuma County. Founders Dan Hobbs and Nanna Meyer run a seed house and bakehouse at 25 N. Beech St. in Cortez, milling local grains for sourdough breads and pastries. Their specialty is drought-tolerant seed sourced worldwide.
