Rex Apiary has kept bees in the Irish Hills lake district for more than 50 years, formalizing as an LLC in 2019 under registered agent Karen Rex. They plant fields specifically to shape what their bees forage on, plus raise queen bees and nucleus colonies for other beekeepers. Their honey turns up locally at Heavenly Scent Herb Farm and C A LaMont Farms in Fenton, or direct through their website.
