A five-generation maple operation on Maple Sugar Road in Highland County, north of Hightown along Route 637. Some of the sugar maples tapped here are well over 200 years old. The family boils sap down using both the old open-pan method and a newer wood-fired evaporator. The orchard opens to visitors during the second and third weekends of March for the Highland County Maple Festival.
