Rhibafarms grows certified-organic microgreens and wheatgrass on a regenerative farm in San Tan Valley, along with chicken and duck eggs and GAP-certified mushrooms. The farm stand opens Saturdays from 8am to noon, and a weekly CSA box ships produce with mid-season enrollment allowed. The operation is built around GMO-free, pesticide-free growing rather than large-scale row cropping.
