About This Farm
Rex Moore has raised bison since 2010, with herds grazing across Wray, Hudson, and Hartsel in Colorado plus additional land in Wyoming and Kansas, the operation has grown from 30 head to more than 125. Animals go about 18 months on grass with no antibiotics or growth promotants before finishing on hay and grain. Rock River sells cuts from ground meat to whole animals, ships anywhere in the country, and also sells skulls, hides, and horn caps.
