About This Farm

We select the best Black-Angus crossed cattle from a few select partners. Only a few ranchers in our area meet our rigorous criteria. The cows we buy must not only be chemical free, but healthy and gentle. A gentle, happy, healthy cow is one that's raised in good clean environment and it shows in the meat - tender and rich.
