Run by the Foodshed Alliance, this market fills Alpine Park in downtown Salida every Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon, June through October. More than 60 vendors bring in high-altitude produce, beets, garlic, peppers and stone fruit among them, plus coffee and live music, with a playground on-site for kids while parents shop.
