Salman Raspberry Ranch opens its organic raspberry fields for u-pick from mid-August to mid-October at La Cueva, in the Mora Valley 25 miles north of Las Vegas, New Mexico. The property is a National Historic Site built around an 1800s adobe mercantile, roller mill, and the San Rafael mission church. The year-round Salman Ranch Store sells raspberry jam, vinegar, fudge, and chile-berry preserves. Hail can cut the picking season short. It now also goes by La Cueva Farm.
