About This Farm

We are a second generation family business roasting coffee in Boulder, Colorado. Over the past 34 years, Silver Canyon Coffee has grown through many changes in the industry, and today we roast one of the widest selections of specialty coffees found anywhere in the world. We offer as many as 30 unique origins, and from many of these coffees we make distinctive blends. We roast these coffees four days a week, following a fully manual process developed over many thousands of hours of intentional re
