Snow-Line Orchard has grown apples in Oak Glen since 1898, when Isaac Ford first planted the land; Mert and Shirley Hudson have run it for more than 36 years since. Today it's an orchard, cidery, and winery in one, growing three dozen-plus apple varieties, pressing cider in a mill older than most of the surrounding town, and opening a raspberry patch to u-pick each August.
