About This Farm

It started… Spur Farm began (quite literally) as a spur of the moment decision—a long time dream actualized for Veronica and Mona. It was clear that when we met, we were at a crossroads. Veronica has been in the restaurant business for 25 years and in the blink of an eye her restaurant burned to the ground. In the devastation, she turned to her beekeeping and gardening. Mona’s natural affinity to nurture led her to raise chickens and garden. After spending years learning all she can, she was rea
