The team stone-mills organic rye and soft white flours in-house and bakes naturally leavened sourdough breads with minimal additives. Straw Cove supplies restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores, runs twice-monthly Saturday pop-up sales, and teaches hands-on sourdough baking classes.
