Honey is the centerpiece here, raw and infused, from hives set among flowers planted specifically for the bees. Mother and daughter Violet Robbins and Tracy Robbins-Garrison run the 18-acre farm at 334 Robb Road in Amsterdam, where a farm store and gift shop sell the honey plus flowers, pasture-raised meats, and eggs. Bring back a glass jar for a dollar off. They also vend Saturdays at the Gloversville Farmers Market.
