About This Farm

Tantré Farm has grown vegetables outside Chelsea since 1993, now farming roughly 115 of its original 40 acres with crop rotation, organic-approved inputs like kelp meal and manure, and no synthetic sprays. The list runs to 80-100 vegetable and mushroom varieties, plus strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, pears, and melons, with chickens, ducks, pigs, and cows raised for eggs and meat. Produce moves through CSA shares, the Ann Arbor and Chelsea farmers markets, local stores, and u-pick strawberry and raspberry days each summer.
