Downstairs there are two lounge areas, a kitchenette, a pool table, and a library holding decades of National Geographic. The barn sits along the Lewis and Clark Trail near the Missouri River, prime ground for fishing, birdwatching, and fall pheasant hunting. The owners have run it as a B&B since 1999.
