About This Farm

We have a passion for cooking, -- that’s how we got here. High quality ingredients are essential to creating a great meal and we simply struggled to find quality meats here in Orange County. The butcher shop we knew growing up had become a cooler in the back of a big box grocery store filled with mass-produced meat packaged in styrofoam trays. So in 2009 the change began; we opened our original butcher shop in Costa Mesa. In 2014 we became independent owners and changed our name to The Butchery
