Gallmeyer Farms runs a fall pumpkin patch in the Montrose area of eastern Henrico County, just outside Richmond. The family grows its own produce and plants sweet corn in ten-day successions through the season. The pumpkin patch adds group visits, summer field trips, free picnic areas, and a children's play area, alongside a veggie stand with homegrown vegetables and local unpasteurized honey.
