The Transylvania Farmers' Market gathers makers, growers, and producers from within 100 miles of Brevard every Saturday in the downtown mountain town. It runs 9am to noon May through October and 10am to noon in the off-season, and leashed dogs are welcome. Brevard sits in the Blue Ridge of western North Carolina near Pisgah National Forest.
